Parents

We’re excited to welcome your high school student to the IRAN Summer school and look forward to providing a positive and rewarding summer experience. In this section you’ll find information and resources designed to help you better understand and prepare for your child's time at summer school in Iran. If you have additional questions, please visit our FAQs page.

Independence is the primary theme of this stage in your high school student’s development and we hope that your child comes to Iran summer schools ready to embrace these new experiences. Because many students are away from parental supervision for the first time, students need to have the self-discipline to manage their own time and set their priorities, all the while being mindful of eating balanced meals, and getting enough sleep.

Safety

Your child's safety and health are our highest priority. The safety and security of all members of the University community are preconditions of the learning, dialogue, and personal growth at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. We work comprehensively to promote public safety across all of our campuses and University facilities, in all of our programs, and during all of our events, off-site trips, and activities.

The Isfahan University of Medical Sciences Police Department conducts regular patrols to ensure the safety of the university campus and its surroundings. In collaboration with the Isfahan City Police Department and the Regional Fire Department, our dedicated team is vigilant and prepared to address any issues or incidents that may arise.

We prioritize proactive measures to maintain a secure environment, and our close coordination with local law enforcement agencies enables swift responses to any potential concerns.

Iran Summer school has professional and experienced staff members who are trained to respond to student needs and emergencies. In all residence halls, there is a resident counselor (RC) on duty throughout the day.

Unforgettable Iranian Summer: Safety, Support, and Cultural Immersion

Throughout your child's adventure in Iran, a dedicated team will ensure their safety and well-being. English and Arabic-speaking support staff will be present with them at all times, from arrival at the airport to their hotel, course venues, and any planned activities. This includes visits to hospitals, dental clinics, and more, ensuring clear communication and addressing any needs that may arise.
In addition to the support staff, a reliable transportation team, experienced in managing summer schools and cultural programs, will safely navigate students to all their destinations.
To further enrich their experience, exciting excursions are planned, including historical landmarks, bustling modern markets, and traditional bazaars of the beautiful city of Isfahan.
This focus on both safety and cultural immersion ensures your child has an unforgettable and enriching summer in Iran.
